Problems registering on App
3 of us had problems registering on the app. Mine didn’t go through at all and then hit maximum of 12 attempts.
Scooter issue - no support to refund
Scooter didn’t accelerate, no provision to request refund, support email bounced back, don’t use!

Was supposed to be €9.99 for 24 hours but charged me and my boyfriend each €17 for 45 minutes and we only used them 20 minutest to go to a shop and back .

hard to find/ navigate to an allowed parking end location. And got charged for the ride after selecting a subscription
