I don’t get verificationcode
I’ve hit resend button more than 10btimes . It was after 10min that I suddenly got 5 codes and i haven’t got other codes so far
Disappointing and a waste of time
Spent 40 minutes trying to unlock the bike. After multiple attempts and trying different phones, we gave up. Kept saying my customer status was suspended. Then when I tried to call the customer service number I got a message that the phone number is no longer in service. So I submitted a request via the app, no email, no text message just a check mark that says “you request has been submitted”. Okay great, what does that get me? Huge waste of time and effort and still unclear why the accounts were getting suspended. My friends phone worked just fine but she was still unable to add rider so it was pointless all the way around.

Location shows wrong state
I downloaded the app, create an an account and the app tells me I’m in California when I’m in New York. Location service services are set to always and I’ve reinstalled the app twice. Completely unusable in Rochester, New York.
NOT FOR ORLANDO
I opened an account because HOPR claimed to be “the official bikeshare of Orlando.” They made me give them all my personal information just to look at the map of locations. Then once they had my info, it is revealed to me that HOPR does not operate in Orlando at all, only Miami. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to delete my account.

Software is very broken
I have not had a smooth experience with this app in over a year. Always multiple bugs on the front end at the least, with rides often failing to lock/unlock properly if at all.
ALL HOPR bikes are broken
9 out of 10 bikes I try to unlock are “unavailable”
Rooz
Absolute scam app. Full of bugs. Doesn’t unlock bikes randomly. It works perfectly when it comes to reducing money from your wallet…
Just do yourself a favour and never use this awful app.

bike WOULD NOT LOCK
i am so upset. i with there was an option for 0 stars because that is what this deserves! 1. i took this bike for a ride and the electric version didn’t even work. WHAT A JOKE. 2. i finally got to my destination and the bike would not lock. it ended up charging me $3 more than i should have paid had it locked when i tried the first time. completely and utterly disappointed to say the least. do better.

Buggy app, rundown bikes
Buggy for sure, often can’t unlock bikes even if they are available. Maintenance of the actual bikes is poor as well often rusty chains, squeeky brakes, loose pedals, and no way to report bikes in need of maintenance. It could be really handy but as it is now not worth signing up for.
Awful buggy app that won’t end a ride awful customer service that won’t respond
Please refund me my 25$
garbage
phone number text field doesnt work so I cant book a ride. amateur
Issues with ending ride
I enjoyed the ride but a couples issues with start/end. There were plenty of parked bikes that were not available for hire, possibly some were reserved but I doubt they all were. Ending the ride also was not smooth as the app would not end the ride until I restarted it. That costed me another 5 mins.

Literally horrible and doesn’t work after a few rides
The first 3 days I used hopr everything worked great and then I spent 30 minutes on walking around and trying to unlock bikes but it keeps saying that it failed to unlock and to try again for all 6 bikes. I tried calling customer service and no one answered so I wasn’t able to get home
The quality of the app is so poor
Looks like made by amateur. I cannot unlock a bike for 20 mins in code weather.
Does not work
I tried 20 bicycles in ubc. 19 out of 20 did not work due to app issues.
No good
Website won’t allow me to search for my location. App malfunctions and does not work due to an unspecified error.
Awesome!!
Thank you!
Charged 2 times and way more than what I should’ve been charged
Inaccurate information on the receipt
Garbage
App doesn’t work. No text codes to complete enrollment. Call support just says this is an ongoing issue they will report to development team. Just an awful service and a complete waste of time.
not receiving text message for registration
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
