Bill Pay Stopped Working
Bill pay stopped working several months ago. This makes paying bills very difficult for me. I have called several times to get this resolved. The last person that I spoke to gave me the number for the collections department to get it resolved. When I called them they had no idea on how to help. If it is not resolved soon, I will be moving four commercial accounts to a different bank.

Horizon Bank
I believe this is one of the most awesome banks I have ever used. The staff is courteous and very helpful. I will be a customer of theirs for life.

I like it as it’s easy to access. Also, I like the availability to use it at all times of the day or night. I think I’m getting better at using more of the aspects of this service.
App outages
I love the bank, but the app needs work. It has been down a lot during the month of July 2026.
Hard to locate features
It’s hard to find things. For example, it took me like 10 mins to locate the autopay function for our mortgage.
Use to like it
I had to turn off the notifications which is important to follow the account because Horizon abused it sending ads for their products. Thus the downgrade in review. I get notification and know I didn’t deposit or spend money so the fear is someone hacked my account or double billed me only to find an ad for Horizon. Disgusting.
