No longer applicable?!
Just downloaded this app after never thinking about it. Tried to use it at the mall and the rep at the counter said that the app is no longer valid. He proceeded to say that the company no longer recognizes or uses the app or applies any points. Really!? Then he proceeded to say I should have received an email about it…which I did not. Too bad, guess it’s time to delete this app.

It is not working at all. I chose migrate my account and rewards but it keeps telling me that the email I entered is taken. Of course it’s taken by me! This is so annoying! Fix this!
Terrible App
They couldn’t complete my order (4 veggie dogs) so they called(from the Montebello store at the shops) and the charge went thru anyway. After back and forth with customer service, they forwarded my info to the store, which never contacted me. I contacted them (this has been going on two weeks) still no help.
I guess I’ll have to dispute the charges and never use this app or go to that store again.
