No longer applicable?!
Just downloaded this app after never thinking about it. Tried to use it at the mall and the rep at the counter said that the app is no longer valid. He proceeded to say that the company no longer recognizes or uses the app or applies any points. Really!? Then he proceeded to say I should have received an email about it…which I did not. Too bad, guess it’s time to delete this app.

It is not working at all. I chose migrate my account and rewards but it keeps telling me that the email I entered is taken. Of course it’s taken by me! This is so annoying! Fix this!

They couldn’t complete my order (4 veggie dogs) so they called(from the Montebello store at the shops) and the charge went thru anyway. After back and forth with customer service, they forwarded my info to the store, which never contacted me. I contacted them (this has been going on two weeks) still no help.
I guess I’ll have to dispute the charges and never use this app or go to that store again.

Waste of time and money
Used the app to order and selected “prepare now”. But instead it gave me a pick up time 2 and a half hours later, but didn’t tell me that until
I had already confirmed payment. Why would i ask to “prepare now” only to pick up nearl 3
Hours later? If it’s going to take that long, they should tell you BEFORE you order. Stupid app.

Can’t migrate points
I upgraded to the new iPhone 11pro max from the Xs max. When I open the app, it asks if I would like to migrate my points. I clicked yes and put in my information and an error message pops up saying that my email is already being used. Of course it’s being used since I’m trying to log into an already existing account and not opening a new one. Completely useless now.

The old app worked fine but the new one doesn’t even open. It crashes instantly.
Terrible.
I had a coupon on my old app that was set to expire next year. When I tried to use it I was told I needed to get this new app and my coupon would transfer. Well, it was a no go. The app would not send the verification message to my phone so there was no way for it to verify me. Why did you fix something that wasn’t broken? The old app was fine- why not update it instead creating a whole new app that doesn’t do well???
