The biggest headache
Impossible to navigate account changes. Can’t cancel subscription through the app. Agents are annoying and persistent, constantly trying to upsell via calls and texts.
Prix exorbitants et frais d’expédition frauduleux
J’ai acheter un starter kit, je n’ai reçu aucune huile qui était inclus…ont m’a proposé une commande pour un an à la place …750$! Je leur ai dit non et j’ai été sur leur site pour dépenser mon mystery gift de 50$…l’arnaque était que je devrais dépenser pour 200$ et plus sinon le coupon n’était pas valide incroyable!! Et l’expédition est tout simplement du vol plus de 64$ de frais pour une petite commande n’acheter pas là! Sauvez vous

Great scent, terrible support and scam sales tactics
The scents are great, however whenever you order something, a “customer care” representative will blow up your phone via text and call trying to upsell you. What they won’t actually do is review your order that they are caring for to make sure the scents are compatible with the device. Also the website will automatically put the wrong scent in with certain devices and then when you try to exchange or return because you have incompatible parts you will get a weeks worth of emails saying that the customer is wrong because somewhere at the bottom of the page was a disclaimer. It’s really a big scam but great scent if you can get the correct product. I have plenty of screenshots that I can share to support this. Best of luck to you.
