Decent, needs work
Sessions I’ve visited don’t appear in activity. There is some sort of disconnect. There is no information about what each class is when you’re scheduling it. If you go to the info section and read a description you like there’s no way to move to booking that specific class. So for folks that are new to hot workx, you have to remember what the class is named, exit and re-enter scheduling with that class name. Could be made a lot smoother.

Access At Tier Studios doesn’t work
The app will take your money to upgrade at a higher tier studio but it won’t let you access the studio once it takes your credit card. It becomes a hassle where you have to wait for someone to let you in. This has happened to me in San Jose, Seattle and Chicago.

I am in college and just started it! They made it super easy and i have absolutely loved it so far!!!!
App freeze
I’m leaving a review because while this app has potential I’ve watched my GF app freeze while it in her cycle sessions. Whether it’s several seconds, sometimes it could be long enough she has to force close it. It happens randomly when she opens a certain screen after a few minutes. She’s tried restarting her phone and redownloading her app but the issue keeps happening she says. Please look into this as I’d love to give a higher rating once it’s more stable.

Good place to workout terrible app, constantly doesn’t tell you what credentials are wrong and locks after 3 failed attempts, tried setting it up at the location still doesn’t say it’s right even after i changed the password and everything, super frustrating ecspeciallt considering the price i pay for a membership
