watch
won’t download on to my apple watch i have a series 3 and i’ve been troubleshooting all day and it still won’t download
Watch can’t connect
Since the new update I’m unable to use my watch now… I could use my watch yesterday and now I can’t due to the update
Doesn’t close on Apple Watch
I’ve had to delete this from the watch because no matter what I do on my phone or watch, every time I lift my watch to see the time, the Hotworx app is open and says “no active session available”.
As for the app, the size of UI components meant to be tapped are much smaller than they should be. Certainly not in accordance with Apple’s recommendations.

Inconsistent
A lot of my workouts aren’t tracked because it doesn’t connect to my watch…
Decent, needs work
Sessions I’ve visited don’t appear in activity. There is some sort of disconnect. There is no information about what each class is when you’re scheduling it. If you go to the info section and read a description you like there’s no way to move to booking that specific class. So for folks that are new to hot workx, you have to remember what the class is named, exit and re-enter scheduling with that class name. Could be made a lot smoother.

Access At Tier Studios doesn’t work
The app will take your money to upgrade at a higher tier studio but it won’t let you access the studio once it takes your credit card. It becomes a hassle where you have to wait for someone to let you in. This has happened to me in San Jose, Seattle and Chicago.
LOVE
I am in college and just started it! They made it super easy and i have absolutely loved it so far!!!!
App freeze
I’m leaving a review because while this app has potential I’ve watched my GF app freeze while it in her cycle sessions. Whether it’s several seconds, sometimes it could be long enough she has to force close it. It happens randomly when she opens a certain screen after a few minutes. She’s tried restarting her phone and redownloading her app but the issue keeps happening she says. Please look into this as I’d love to give a higher rating once it’s more stable.

Logging
Good place to workout terrible app, constantly doesn’t tell you what credentials are wrong and locks after 3 failed attempts, tried setting it up at the location still doesn’t say it’s right even after i changed the password and everything, super frustrating ecspeciallt considering the price i pay for a membership

Great Gym. Trash App.
I could go into detail about the many many things wrong with this app, but I will focus on the lack of a physical fob to get into the gym. I can’t tell you how many times I have been late getting into my class because I’ve had to re-download the app and sometimes my phone even dies because I get to the gym at 2%. Is that my fault? Yes. Should you have to have a phone to get into a gym? No

False Rewards
The app/company says that the more your burn,’the more you earn… however when the app doesn’t work (which is much of the time) you will not earn. While it’s not the purpose; it is the focus and push of the business. So it’s obnoxious when it doesn’t work 2 out of 4 times… which makes me not recommend the company

What could be better
Think the scheduling aspect of the app works phenomenally. However, when it comes to recording the workout it gets confusing. I believe that there should be an option to end workout early for those who start class late or started the workout later. Instead of canceling and it not counting at all. You may say why don’t you let it play out… that’s because I did a back to back class and wanted to start my new workout. That being said I like the app and would like to see another option for finishing the class.

Constant bug issues
This is one of my least favorite apps but o have to use it for the workouts. It doesn’t work more than it does. Randomly logs out for no reason which erases an ongoing workout. Doesn’t record the same calories showing on my watch. All around a frustrating app and even with the multiple bug “fixes” something is always messing up. PLEASE FIX THE ONGOING GLITCHES.

Awful app
The app does not sync well with the Apple Watch. Many of my workouts have not counted for the challenges because it will record on the watch and not on the app. It’s super glitchy. I hate that I cannot just use the Apple Watch to track my workout under its appropriate workout type and then transfer to the Hotworx app. Part of the appeal of Hotworx is the calorie counting and challenges.

Buggy
Why are my one star reviews deleted, Apple?
Bad for business.
The app does not accept my picture no matter how many times I’ve tried. I adjusted the lighting. The picture is clear not blurry yet it says it’s blurry.
Horrible Connectivity
This app is horrible. It can never connect to my Apple Watch Hotworx app. Get there 20 minutes early so you can fight with this app to record your workout and then inevitably give up so you can actually get a workout.
Not a good app
No heart rate monitor, lots of lost workouts, wants me to renter my weight and details daily, glitches, bugs.
5/5
Loved this app it was the best!
FIX AUDIO ISSUES
I love my HOTWORX membership, but I'm getting frustrated with the app since I can never do HOTWORX on the go videos since they are all having no audio. Please get this fixed.
