The HOTWORX application is indented for members of our HOTWORX Studio facilities. The purpose of this application is to encourage users to track their total amount of calories burned during a HOTWORX workout session, and to track their "1-hour after-burn." A HOTWORX workout is 40 minutes, and the after-burn is 1 hour. The total session time will capture the calories burned for a total of 100 minutes. This app integrates with the Health app.
