Love that they went back to chopping up tenders in the loaded fries. So much better than the nugs.
Pointless Points
Every single time I attempt to redeem my points, no matter what the price of the individual item is or what the total is, I am told that my purchase does not qualify for redemption. I am starting to think that the point system is pointless and is just a way to drive up sales with false promises. Super disappointing.

was trying to add an extra tender to my meal but it wouldn’t submit the order because i needed to set a spice level for the extra tender. however, it wouldn’t let me do that

Promo codes on app
When I am trying to use the promo codes online and purchased through the app they just don’t appear in the checkout screen on the cart even after I hit redeem so when I’m using the app and trying to pay online with the promos, I can’t use them It’s very frustrating.
Best Chicken Sandwiches in the city!
HHC has the best chicken sandwiches! Quality 10/10!! Customer service and speed are always top tier, and the restaurant itself is super cool looking which makes the experience one to remember. Their house sauce is my favorite! Try that with their seasoned fries. I also recommend their nuggets. Their buffalo is my personal favorite and doesn’t taste like any buffalo sauce I’ve had before. Don’t walk, RUN to try this place!!

None of the rewards work
Sometimes deals that are separate from the points show up in the rewards section, but non of them ever work. No matter what you put in your cart, it will never apply. Sometimes the reward requires a $15 purchase, but the most expensive item you can get is 14.99, which means you have to add something to meet the requirements. And even if you do, it still won’t let you apply the reward. It’s like they are baiting you to make an expensive order, don’t give you the reward, and hope you order it anyway. Either it’s an extremely scummy business practice, or the programmer for the app is widely incompetent.

False advertising
App claims you’ll receive 1 oz of honey but when you get to the restaurant they only give you half and oz and argue with you about receiving you other half oz
Unnecessary App
There is no need to have this app. It was fine with square rewards before. I HATE having to download additional apps that should be grouped with other apps. You are NOT special.

I placed an order only to go in person to find out they closed early, I contacted costumer service, they didn’t give a refund and instead offered me a “free meal”. I didn’t want to be forced to go and only wanted a refund but still haven’t received it
