Useless app
I tried to create an account and after I put in the necessary information, the bar to continue is out of reach and won’t let me go further than putting in the patients Information. So then I go to the get help and that keeps giving me an error message. Useless app.
Update??
I tried to access How’s Mom on my phone and it says I need to update it. I no longer can access info through the current version. However there is no update on the App Store.
Completely dysfunctional & no tech support!
The App doesn’t work, it requires a signature but then doesn’t provide an accept signature button. Meanwhile I can’t get information about my loved one’s care because the app doesn’t work! Nor does anyone respond from tech support.
Next to useless
I’m not sure how this app helps when you can’t see time of medication delivery, food delivery, etc. For instance, you can see the RX list but that’s it. Anyone who has had the experience of having to use an assisted living facility already probably knows what meds their loved one is on; what’s helpful is making sure the facility delivers meds at the appointed time. This app is just a way for facilities to try to reassure families at check in but it doesn’t tell you anything helpful. Also you have to re-login EVERY time.

App is now showing all options and helpful information, so I am revising my previous rating. It is so beneficial to get this info without trying to find the nurse who would try to get back to me in what I consider to be an understaffed facility.
