Missed opportunity
The care manager warned me to manage my expectations for this app (“It’s not like MyChart!), but it’s worse than I thought. The dashboard of progress doesn’t seem accurate or up to date. I can’t even see the schedule for therapy. And now the past 2 days it says “application not available, try again later”. It’s a waste of phone memory.

This app is a joke
This app is completely unhelpful. I am at the encompass facility and cannot log in, and the staff cannot figure out what the issue is….so even the staff cannot set this useless app up.

It doesn’t actually tell you anything…. There aren’t notes or literally anything that would tell you wants going on. It’s a pointless app.

Adds to the Stress
This app doesn’t work worth toe-jam. I can never open it. Quite frankly, the families of stroke patients don’t need this nonsense adding to their stress. Thanks for making things harder on me. Fire the inadequate developer and send them back to school.
