This app is a joke

This app is completely unhelpful. I am at the encompass facility and cannot log in, and the staff cannot figure out what the issue is….so even the staff cannot set this useless app up.

Useless

It doesn’t actually tell you anything…. There aren’t notes or literally anything that would tell you wants going on. It’s a pointless app.

Adds to the Stress

This app doesn’t work worth toe-jam. I can never open it. Quite frankly, the families of stroke patients don’t need this nonsense adding to their stress. Thanks for making things harder on me. Fire the inadequate developer and send them back to school.

Useless. Don’t bother!Care team cannot fix this & no helpdesk to call

This app is supposed to allow the patient or proxy to share or invite up to 20 others to view minds p progress. It’s already been a 7 days and neither the nurses, case manager, nor admissions can figure out why this doesn’t work. There is no help desk to call, so the effort and aggravation has been useless.

EHC

The app is not updated or accurate. If something is 6/9 it’s not 100% even though it says 100%. Family and Friends can’t access the full report. Either fix it or remove it until it works fully.

Ok on Android; errors on IOS

IOS app only gives errors. Installed and runs on my Android phone. Can’t access via my iPad. Have re/installed a couple of times.

Never Worked

This app never worked for my father or myself. The tech support is inadequate and could never figure out what the issue was. They tried to blame our case manager. Worthless. I’d give no stars if it was an option. Do better.

Junk

I have to agree with all the other reviews. The program doesn’t work, should be removed from the AppStore, and cease advertising this piece of garbage!! It only has one star because I couldn’t remove it once selected. ZERO STARS!!!

This works with a work around.

You cannot sign up as a patient proxy, you have to say “I am the patient” in order for this to work. Once the patient is signed up, you can invite other family members. It works great to see patient progress once you are in.

Doesn’t work

I was able to sign onto the website twice. Was never able to sign into the app. Worthless!

No help available

Trying to create account as a proxy. Asking for
My cell number or email, and given message that number not associated with patient. Where is the customer service number?

App unavailable most of the time

I was so excited about this app! I thought it would be a great way for my siblings and I to keep updated on our mother’s progress. Instead, it has just added to our frustration. Probably about 80% of the time, when we try to log in, it says the app is unavailable and to try again later. The times I have been able to get in, it shuts down after only a couple of minutes. I think Encompass needs to seriously rethink advertising this app until they get it fixed!

Doesn’t work

What the heck! It won’t take my phone number so I sign in for the first time. What a way to be introduced to this app!

A facade

Just spoke with an ehc case manager. Patient status updates are not being uploaded to this app. The app may not be functional—eg my “verification information” is correct and in their records but I can’t access/sign up to use the app.

The idea and advertised use of the app is excellent, but unfortunately it doesn’t actually work as promised.

Electronic medical records have been around for decades, electronic access via app/website to those records is now commonplace. Encompass should either make their system work or take down their advertisements.

Horrible

Constantly have to reset PIN to login.
Very little information once logged in.

The app has almost no real information about what the patient did during the day, pretty worthless.

Superfrustrating. I should’ve read the reviews and not even bothered wasting my time and getting upset.

Developer should be ashamed

The app will not load. I was very excited to be able to follow my sick family’s rehab. The company should not advertise something in its hospital that does not work.

Constant “No Internet Connection” Given

Not able to do anything as app gives constant message saying “no internet connection” when there is connection.
