App is glitchy
Trying to upload a receipt into this thing is obnoxious. It kicked me out multiple times and doesn’t save your progress on a claim when you leave the app and come back 2 seconds later.

Logs out at a random time even with concurrent usage
Worst FSA App
I really don’t like using this app. It’s so difficult to navigate and the log in process is needlessly complicated. If you navigate away from the app to check something in another app, such as your calendar for dates of appts, you have to go through the whole log in process again. My patient gateway for the doctors office is less intense and contains far more sensitive information. I get irritated every time I have to open this app and use it.

Bad service
Tried to set up direct deposit. It didn’t work. Called customer service. They said every was all set. Still didn’t work. Called again. Tried to claim everything was all set again. I cut them off. Then they fixed it. So their first course of action is tell you everything is fine and not listen to you.

Clunky with poor customer service
App doesn’t work as it should on a cell phone. Notifications never work. You can’t speak to a person should you need to call for help. They don’t return your calls. Stuck with them as my employer uses them!
Claims are always denied
Nothing processes - I don’t have a HSA card and I am being told none of my submissions are approved yet they have been in the past
Getting there
App suggests I can add my FSA card to Apple wallet, that feature is not yet available. Otherwise a good app
