Not fit for purpose
Can’t do anything without signing into the website. can’t do any operation with it. The app is useless and disappointing.
Needs immediate improvement & Action!!!
This is one of the worst bank apps if not the worst. Functionality is very basic. You’ll have to you use a PC to conduct most of your banking. One other thing, this is HSBC Bahrain app and they haven’t added or at least worked on getting their banking card on Apple Pay whereas HSBC UAE has it and they are all part of HSBC Middle East.
We really hope this is seriously looked into and I doubt anybody from HSBC will even read this review.

Why is Apple Pay not yet available?
Almost all banks in Bahrain have added the capability of adding credit & debit cards to their Apple Pay wallet except HSBC Bahrain. Apple Pay is available for HSBC UAE customers although it’s the same bank. Please add Apple Pay as soon as possible.
Much better banks
The application feels like it's from the Stone Age! It is very preliminary and with extremely limited options. You always have to go back to the website to be able to finish any operation! Moreover, the bank itself is a "rip-off." No one answers their phone in the branches, and they take ages to get back to you for a simple task! What a shame! Never dealing with them again!
