Really mediocre

The new HSBC app is a major improvement on the last version which means it has gone from absolutely horrible to just mediocre and barely usable. It is so far behind other ebanking apps that it's not even funny. I compare it to Citi, barclays, Eurobank, Alpha Bank, Revolut, n26 and KBC Brussels. Some of those are great, some pretty poor, but all if them are way above HSBC in usability, speed and functionality. Just pitiful to consider how much money has probably been spent on this app.
