Chat doesn’t load
What’s with the chat page refusing to load? Chat page doesn’t work on web page and it stops working on this app?! So customer service is unavailable now

I have used many banking apps and I would rate hsbc best.Very easy, intuitive and fast.
App is not user friendly
1. can’t log into hsbc.com.my if I don’t have a second device. Sometimes access is required to increase transfer limit.
2. Unable to see total relationship balance and expiry of TD in the app.

iPhone 6S can no longer support the new app
My IPhone 6s won’t let me install the latest version of the app, and the app in my device won’t open anymore. I can’t transfer the app to my new device. I am stuck!

The app says there’s a new version available to download and only allows me to update before using the app. But the app store didn’t have any update about it???

Webpage can’t be found
It’s a pity that you have to go for such issue to the branch. App works ok and webpage doesn’t work. I like to do my banking on the computer and not on the phone

Must deregister (only 1 device allowed)
I got email to say only one device allowed access. So eg if change mobile phone to ensure must deregister on old device first prior to being able to re-register on any new device. My question is what if old device is lost(permanently irretrievable?) that’s crazy

The Description requires with requested min characters is quite a hassle
Transfer error
App initially failed to do a transfer saying there was an error but not clear what the error was and no code visible. Cancelled transfer and started again. Successful second time.
