The WORST!

I have HSBC accounts in several countries and the HSBC Taiwan app is by far the WORST!
Edit:instead of trying to improve the lousy app, HSBC actually asked if I wanted to edit the original review…OMG!

主頁面過於簡單難以快速找到需要操作的選項！

頁面選項不是太好用！很難找到需要的操作、比如：開立定存、投資等等！

Way too basic

This app has very limited information and for individuals with both bank account and credit cards you can’t see transaction details for the credit cards that you have. You would need to log in to a website separately to view detail credit card transaction. Plus there is a long delay if the current credit card balance usually 2-3 days.

Need improvement

The app is too basic. With very little functionality. Need more services that can be transacted on the app like increase transfer limits etc. the credit card transaction should also be available.

Best Global Integration

A couple years ago, HSBC streamlined all their apps globally. They work great. Compared to most banks, especially in Taiwan, the HSBC app is fast and modern, and the integration with HSBC n other geographies is seamless. I’ve tried Citi and Standard Chartered - HSBC is the only one that actually delivers on the promise of global banking.

HSBC

The HSBC mobile app is very useful and easy to use. For myself who is a frequent traveller it is extremely reassuring that I can easily do all my banking from anywhere in the world in a secure manner.
The only issue I have is not having my credit card statement in English and on the mobile app.

一些建議

1.登入畫面：帳號顯示的地方應該不需要用****來遮蔽，覺得不夠美觀 2.轉帳：收款人的地方希望能額外編輯自定義的名稱而不是受款人名稱 3.投資：希望未來可以增加顯示庫存內容

Credit card balance

My credit card balance shows 0 when it is positive, can you please show what the positive amount it.

Also, can we start seeing credit card transactions (billed and unbilled) in the app. Logging into the credit card site is annoying.

Finally.... but it doesn’t work

Finally got an app for Taiwan with face ID. Worked great the day I downloaded it, but here I am on day three and it gets stuck in a loop when I login with Face ID or with my code.
Let’s be clear. Software is not a strength for Taiwan. Please just copy the apps that work in the US and HKG and stop torturing your customers.
