Great!

For minor issues it’s fantastic. No driving to the urgent care. No waiting in a lobby with other I’ll people. Faster, less expensive and cleaner! What could be better?

Paid $50 for nothing

Doctor wrote me a prescription for Covid meds the the pharmacy never got it. Can’t even contact the doctor unless I want to pay more money.

Always a problem

Every time I have used this app, there is always a problem with getting a script sent to my pharmacy. I’ve used this app 3 times, and every single provider I’ve spoken to has not sent over a script, and I’ve had to call the prescription line to get help. It’s always something with this app.

Wonderful experience

Quick, easy, efficient, was able to stay home for a non urgent issue and not only not infect everyone else but was so fast. Dr. Werrell listened and was knowledgeable and very caring. I would highly recommend this service.
