Never got my money back

I placed an order with the total being $253, however it was cancelled about a month ago. I’ve been waiting to see my money refunded, but I have gotten nothing back since my order was cancelled. What do I do in this situation?

Good app

Great app, prices can be compared in the app to others such as goat and StockX and it was easy to post my shoes, But little people use the app or have it downloaded making it hard to find people selling in your size.

Issues

Chat doesn’t work. Can’t even chat with the seller you’re buying them with. Purchased a shoe but the seller hasn’t confirmed for over 24 hours and I’m still not refunded. Found another pair and can’t even buy them yet because I’m still waiting on the initial order cancel from the unresponsive seller.
