Tape lights
I like color control. And they give off a lot more light than I thought they would. Lights up a small studio well.
Getting lights to set up is IMPOSSIBLE
I have had three sets of the string lights for 48 hours now. When they stay on they’re gorgeous, but I have been having non stop issues.
Firstly, the lights won’t stay connected to internet no matter what I try, and when they disconnect I cannot reconnect them to WiFi. I have two out of my three lights continuously saying unable to connect even though they were fine yesterday.
And as for custom patterns, 9 times out of 10 the UI for actually making patterns never pops up. It took over 48 hours for me to see that it wasn’t just solid RGB and I could actually customize it. I haven’t figured out how to get the settings to stay available.
And the speed settings for patterns, any pattern, are unbelievably inconsistent. I can turn them on to the slowest setting, and 30 minutes later they’re strobe lights.

Amazing product
I love the Hubspace app I use it for my AC and room light. Before i arrive home from work I turn my AC when I’m not home and when I get to my room it’s already nice and cold especially with the heat right now. I also have the light bulb and I like how I can dim the lights whenever I want using the app. It’s super easy to use and set up

Why do I need to login to use
Was a good product until last month when all of a sudden I have to start logging in to use the fing app. Now I have to login every few days. Guys it’s just lights that I need to turn on and off. I don’t need nor will I continue to keep using this fing app. I will literally rip your product out of my ceiling and use the gdamn light switch. Go back please

I’ve been using for over a year and a half and I absolutely hate it. It Never wants to connect. I have to open and close the app several times in hopes it will connect with the light and/or wait several minutes for it to connect to the freaking lights. I’m over it and want to remove all of the associated lights from my house so I can get rid of this app.

Good to Bad in a week
This app is driving me out of my mind. Timers are created that I did not make. The times set on timers I made are different every time I open the app. It will NOT let me delete timers. It will NOT let me turn timers off. Sprinkler will start when no timer is set and run indefinitely until I notice and then it off. The connection is good and everything is updated. I am out of ideas and have no idea what to do. This did not happen the previous year and I was suggesting this device to everyone. Now I’m am ready to toss it and find something else.

I love this product . Affordable, easy to install, app on my phone. I love lights are all on and off without me having to do a thing . Especially like the house isn’t dark when I get home
