Best service ever
The staff was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted amazing. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Harrodsburg Huddle House. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Rewards Don’t Work
I have not been able to use any rewards in the app since early this year. I follow all of the steps they provide and I always get “Uh oh! Error validating basket” when I go to finalize the order. Wrote to support more than once and never get a response. I have missed out on redeeming so many promotions & rewards due to this. I used to love the app & rewards program but now it just seems like a scam. You fill out order, apply the reward & everything looks great until you try to submit. You take off the reward and BOOM, the order submits this time but now you paid full price. It’s just wrong!

Great place to eat! Only thing that aggravates me is Coupons…..you get coupons in the mail! Great!!

Redeeming Rewards
It would not allow me to redeem my rewards online for the item I ordered. And yes, I did it correctly.
Deleting
We try to go to restaurants with rewards and deal apps. Was excited to see Huddle House have one until I saw how it works. I do not order and pay on app. I only use apps you can get deals and rewards in store. Looks like in order to use in store you have to link a card to the app. There are too many apps compromised. I will not be doing this. Will be deleting the app and we will be driving to ihop.

I love this huddle house! They are family to us and we love all employees. Best waitresses and cooks around and they really strive to make your plate completely what you ask for. Cedartown Georgia really got a winner when they came to town. We are very happy we have somewhere to go get a sit down breakfast with never ending cups of the best coffee around. Try this one. I promise you will not be disappointed.
