Nothing works
Impossible to find games that you purchase.
Purchased conference baseball tournament pass. I can see it in my purchase history but there is no link to get to the livestream from my order history and searching for the tournament or teams and then looking under livestream is pointless. You will only be able to watch games if you have a link, which will pull the game up in a browser…… so what is the point of the app?!!!!
Support, both chat bot and e-mail, is of no help. They will just confirm that you made a purchase and tell you what you should be able to see without actually telling you how to get to the game(s) in the app.
Just use your browser and save yourself the trouble of trying to use the app.

Terrible
Our Club uses this program and I will be voting against it moving forward. The fan app is garbage, needs so much work, a lot of potential for it to be great but clearly not investing in fixing issues!
Poor quality
Streaming continues to time out and is only available hours after an event. Useless
Almost useless
Occasionally I will be able to find a stream and it will work. Forget rewinding on the Apple TV app. For some reason the click to rewind 10 or 15s capability is missing unlike every other app I have ever used. And the scroll to rewind is basically useless. Good concept but poor execution.
Buffering!!!
Can’t watch live streams. It plays a few seconds and then sits there buffering.
Always unreliable
I have watched Hudl via multiple team’s live streams. Not once have I watched a game the entire way through without the game dropping.
Ads Galore
The app loads a 30 second ad every time it opens. What a joke.
App doesn’t work
The app search doesn’t pull up the games 80% of the time. Don’t offer an app for Roku, Apple TV, etc. if you can even see all the upcoming games. We can never find the games with search. Also, the app on the iPhone won’t cast to the tv- so you can’t even do that. Really clunky app and doesn’t work most of the time. Expensive subscription for something that barely works. Customer service is even worse and not helpful.

Extremely unforgiving app
Accidentally purchased the wrong game passes and it has no option to fix the problem.
Poor quality app that’s required for high school sports
Really poor interface for saving and displaying favorite teams. Search is horrible as it doesn’t use the default Apple keyboard. Streams don’t show up until after they’ve started. Just overall a horrible experience
Doesn’t work
It doesn’t have live games available, searching and finding teams is terrible. The website works much better but still won’t let you airplay to a TV. Not sure why anyone Hudl is used as none of their features work and you have to pay $10.00 to watch a game yet it’s terrible coverage.

The streaming never works. Always glitches, freezes, or just keeps trying to load. This app is complete trash.

Paid to watch PPV varsity basketball tournament. $45 + $20 "service fee." Picture during gameplay freezes every 10 seconds or so on iOS app and on app on my Sony tv. Crystal clear commercials though. Had an identical experience one year ago for same tournament. Already requested a refund.

I use Hudl all the time to watch my film for games and i love how it is free and there are like no adds. I can watch games from all over the country and i can favorite other players. This app has always been great to me!

For as much as they charge for a subscription you’d think the app would have a top notch experience. Not so. Super buggy and crashes constantly. Smart TV app for google tv is terrible too. Do better Hudl!!!
