Basically useless
I am confused as to why you even spent the money to build an app. Pretty useless.
Best documentation for MSP
Hulu is hands-down, the best MSP documentation platform there is for MSP and MSSP. From the platform to the security to the support team, everything is top-notch couldn’t run our business without it.
Incomplete
The app works, and it supports features you can definitely appreciate on a mobile device, like adding photos, viewing documents, passwords, etc. but a lot of functionality is missing or is supported by directing you over to the web app (e.g adding/editing a kb article). I also think the navigation could be improved. When I click on a site, the UX is much less intuitive on the mobile app, for example. The biggest issue I have is the session management. The app makes a big fuss every time you return to it after a few hours, as you get logged out and must go through various prompts to log back in to the app.

Life saving when on the road
This app has saved me many times when I’m on the road visiting client offices. Access to passwords, contact info, and assets is good, but no ability to create new entries (that I’ve found) is a bit disappointing. It’s fast and easy enough to use. Overall, it’s a great app.
Doesn't work
instance url works fine on chrome app but not here can't even login.....
Platform needs to be Mobile Focused
What do you have in your hand when you’re at a client site documenting? A laptop, that’s fine until you need to take a picture of an asset. This product needs to shift to a fully functional mobile app. It might as well not have a mobile app.

Can we get a higher quality app? Some of us pay for this service for our businesses. More people might use the app if it worked correctly.
App broken
It use to work fine, but recently stopped working, it asks for the instance URL, but says it is invalid. It worked in the past, and continues to work fine in the browser. We have a hosted subscription too.
Unusable after update
Can’t get past “enter a valid instance url”. URL works fine.
Needs improvement
The app ui is clunky and not intuitive. The biggest issue is that the app logs out frequently making you login and provide mfa. Sometimes happen in just a few minutes.
Turning on biometric login works for a little while but randomly disables itself and needs to be turned on again. Seems to be every few days I have to enable Face ID login again. Really frustrating when you are on a clients site.

No Asset Capabilities
This app has a great start pulling from our Hudu server, however, it only pulls 2/3 of Hudu information. I should be able to see and edit our assets in addition to credentials and KB articles.
Can’t sign in
It refuses to even let me sign in. Tells me my session expired repeatedly, and I’ve reset my server multiple times. No issues on Hudu via browser though.
Singing In
Every time the app is closed, or not used for a while it signs out. Seems like a bug as surely Face ID could be implemented.
