Doesn’t work with Hue Pro
I can’t get the app to connect to the bridge even though it finds it. I have sent 2 requests into support but no response after 2 weeks. Disappointing as I used it on the previous bridges for years.

Worked fine before but now it won’t connect to my new bridge pro so it’s useless.

… bisher war ich über die Jahre völlig zufrieden mit der App und würde es sicher auch weiterhin sein ☺️… eine große Bitte hätte ich dennoch an das Team … seit dem Umstieg auf die neue Hue Bridge Pro von Philips verbindet sich die App nicht mehr mit der neuen Bridge 😢 könntet Ihr bitte daran was ändern, so das Eure App auch mit der Bridge Pro optimal zusammenarbeitet, danke 🙏

Kein Support für Hue Bridge Pro
Erstmal: Die App ist Mega. Ich benutze sie seit vielen Jahren.
Jetzt habe ich zuhause allerdings auf die Hue Bridge Pro gewechselt. Leider lässt sich die App damit nicht verbinden. Wenn das behoben wird, erhöhe ich sofort wieder auf 5 Sterne.
