Always a technical issue

Every time I try to search there seems to be a technical issue so it doesn’t work. Why? Here’s a tip. Just copy the trainline app.

Latest update keeps signing out

Every time I sign in, then close the app, it looses my sign in and I have to do it all over again. FaceID etc is turned on, but doesn’t stop being signed out.

Bad Ticket Refund Policy

I booked a train ticket 2 weeks ahead of my journey for a job interview and 24hrs before my journey, my interview was cancelled. I applied for a refund and I was told they can’t refund me because it wasn’t a medical reason. This is how they stripped me off my hard-earned money of £30 for my return ticket.
