I really enjoy this app. Wasn’t navigate, update and use with my Garmin and flexible. Highly recommend.

Too many bugs with latest updates

New features too many problems. Been using for two years and the app is getting worse and worse

Great training App

Great app with really clear layout , very intuitive and links well to Garmin. Great value too

Will certainly help achieve triathlon goals

I used this app as a fresh athlete planning for a sprint triathlon. I want customised plans that would build towards my goal and it achieved that impeccably.
The best feature, by far, is integration with Apple workouts. This means it integrated entirely with other apps I use. The weekly replan it automatically does is solid as well. I missed a swim set, for example, so it updated the following week with a new swim goal to continue pushing towards the triathlon.

Where it falls short is it doesn’t always align the workouts when I open the app and needs a reimport. It also doesn’t let me add an impromptu session without triggering a full replan. During training I wanted to tack on a 1km run after a ride as a brick set and it would replan the whole week, or it would pull a future run forward as underachieved.

For $50 per month I’d want better workout customisation and improved automation around the integrations.
