Love the app reliable easy to use.
App keeps getting worse
With every update this app removes functionality and makes it more difficult to use. The geolocation feature for clocking in is VERY buggy and poorly coded, and because of this it is often a struggle to clock in on time. The only feature that made this bearable — the Manage Timesheet function — was recently removed in the latest update, making it impossible to manually adjust your clocked hours or add shifts to your timesheet.
Support is either automated by AI or outsourced to Indian call centers; in either case, they have great difficulty understanding your requests and are of absolutely no help whatsoever with any problem that isn’t a password reset.
I wish I could rate this app 0 stars.

It sucks
It’s so much worse than when to work. there is no trade board the way you have to put in hours you can’t work is tournament and suffering because it one by one ever single day you can’t work. they way you trade shifts is bogus because you have to write an explanation and send the request to specific people instead of just having a trade board. On top of this if you have time blocked out on your schedule but you might not be unable to work you will never get the shift requests to trade every aspect is worse and I wish I had when to work back.

Game changer when it comes into knowing your schedule.
Needs improvement - no alerts & unable to update phone number
When a new shift is assigned, it doesn’t send you an alert. I have absolutely no idea I’m scheduled to work unless I open the appl. And schedules change constantly. This needs to be updated. I also cannot update my phone number. My cell phone number is different and it doesn’t allow for any changes. This needs to be fixed. Days of the week should also match a regular calendar - Sunday thru Saturday. The way this is set up is very confusing.

Bad App
Constantly logs me out and then says my password is incorrect. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to contact IT to help me reset my password. At this point I’m just giving up. Anything positive is negated by the hassle of resetting this stupid password.
no option anywhere to turn on push notifications
i recently redownloaded for my part time summer job and i haven't been able to get any notifications at all. the app doesn't offer push notifs option only sms and email (which don't work). and in my phones settings theres no option for this app in the notifications tab. i've restarted my phone and redownloaded many times.

There’s no real problems with the app itself, but it sure gives me a panic attack when I see a shift scheduled for 10:30, and it’s already 11:00, only to realize it was talking about tomorrow. So like I said, good nuff, but maybe it could be improved.
