Great way to ease back into fitness post-baby

Whether you’re looking for a structured program to follow, or want to learn postpartum fitness basics on diaphragmatic breathing and form, this app is great! Many video classes are short and succinct-but once you learn the techniques, you can practice them at any time. I find myself checking my breathing and posture while going about my day-to-day. HumanlyWell app has given me guidance and upped my confidence in getting back into higher intensity workouts since having my first child.

Sam’s thought of everything!! This is such a comprehensive app! Easy to use and offers such a wide variety of workouts— something for every phase of motherhood!

My go to workouts!

If you’re looking for a great collection of pre and postnatal workouts then look no further than this app. I love that there are strength exercises as well as easy to follow exercises/stretches for every week of pregnancy. It feels extra good knowing that Sam is so knowledgeable and provides safe recommendations for a vulnerable time of life.

Best postpartum exercises (for pregnancy too!)

I absolutely love the selection of work outs that are all safely and effectively catered for mamas (during pregnancy and postpartum)! I remember watching instructors wearing fake foam bellies while I was in my third trimester and feeling so unmotivated - if only I had found this app sooner!! Sam is knowledgeable, upbeat, motivating, and has the BEST timing for throwing in those reminders and tips for correct form. The option to do “quickies” and exercise “snacks” is perfect for squeezing in throughout the day with a little one, and I always feel a burn even if it’s under 10 min! As an extra bonus, my baby lights up whenever she hears Sam’s voice :) highly recommend!!

HumanyWell is PURE MAGIC.

There’s lots of fitness app but none come close to Sam has created. From the second you open the app, it feels like a warm, sparkly hug from your favorite friend—who also just happens to be a brilliant fitness guru, certified health coach, and mama. Yep, she’s that cool.

The workouts? Absolute gold. Whether I have 10 minutes or a full hour, there’s always something to meet me where I’m at—Barre, Pilates, Barre Boxing, Sculpt (hello “Sam Shells”!), even gentle stretches that reset my whole day.

What makes this app shine is Sam herself. Her energy is infectious—she’s fun, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely cheering you on from your screen. The High Vibe Mama Tribe she’s created is something special. You don’t just feel like you’re working out, you feel like you belong.

As someone navigating postpartum, the pre + postnatal programs have been a game-changer. It’s rare to find a space that’s so empowering and joyful, yet grounded in real science and care. You can tell this app was built from the heart—with family, community, and movement at its core.

Best workout app for pregnancy!

The workouts are short, effective, and designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum — no guessing if something is safe. I love that there are programs for each trimester and even core recovery after birth! Highly recommend!

Quick, Effective, and Easy to Fit Into My Day

I love how this app offers short but powerful workouts that actually make a difference. The classes are super efficient—perfect for squeezing in between meetings or during a lunch break. Whether I have 10 or 30 minutes, I always finish feeling like I accomplished something. It’s made it so much easier to stay consistent with fitness, even on busy days. Highly recommend for anyone juggling a full schedule but still wanting results.

Excellent app, even better results

I have trained with Sam for two pregnancies and postpartum periods. Her app makes it so easy for busy moms to feel supported, informed and safe. There are options for all levels and stages of motherhood - including free classes! Highly recommend!

The BEST Prenatal program out there

Sam’s program is easily the best out there. She is SO knowledgeable that every class feels like a pelvic prep course as well. Not only that, but I leave feeling like I got the best workout and am also taking care of my body for longevity. Highly reccomend!
