Can access some content, but there is about half of the content in the app that has no way of being accessed… like its a placeholder? Including breath work which was in fact the reason that i downloaded it in the first place.

I really enjoyed the Huma Rising meditative experience. The meditations allowed me to find stillness in my body and mind. Even now I find myself using the body scanning method to relax throughout the day. The recordings are gentle and peaceful and provide good information on the topic at hand. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to remain consistent with meditating.

I’ve always had a hard time keeping up with a meditation routine. However, this plan is easy to follow (and forgiving when you have those off days!) Yoga Nidra made meditation so much easier
I’ve tried meditating many times and all different apps...this one actually worked for me! The yoga nidra gave my mind something to focus on to quiet all the other thoughts. If you have struggled to meditate in the past I highly recommend trying this.
