Terrible app to use now
Worst version of the app I’ve ever used. Slow to login and out. When I try to customise the order my accounts, the next time I sign back in they are in previous order.

So I’ve been having issues with my login and organising my accounts in the order I needed, I submitted a question this morning and I have just received a phone call from a really lovely lady who was able to talk me through things. Still not 100% exactly what I wanted to achieve but I am happy I can now navigate my way through things and for that Im grateful. 5 stars given for support and the fact I love the bank too as they are always most helpful.

All fixed!!
I rearrange my accounts in order of preference & they stay that way whilst the app is open. When I close it & re-open it’s back to the former un-arranged list. Yet my wife’s app remembers her rearranged list.

Customisation of accounts
The customisation of accounts does not last. I change the order and next time I log in it’s reverted back.
Love the update!
Really great update. The UI is much cleaner and simpler. The automatic login and ‘make another transaction’ updates were much needed for a better experience.
Unusable
Have to rely on the website now. The app will not load past the initial launch screen
Waiting for log in
The initial Blue Hume screen comes up immediately then I have to wait for a long time for the log on screen to appear, even walking away at times & coming back to it. This has been happening for too long & too often. Please fix!
Takes huge time to load on first launch
The app is now taking huge time to launch, waiting for minutes to get to the home page
Intermittent App
When it works it runs fine but trying to access this app recently is hit and miss. It’s down more often than available.
Additional features
Would love to be able to name ech account or have a visible logo to determine each account as it hard to know what account I’m selecting! Definitely prefer the old app!
Upgrade a downgrade
Features are more or less the same, but the UI is somehow worse despite being cleaner. You can’t rearrange accounts anymore or make your account a picture of a dog 😱

Not liking the new app at all - I’ve set up the quick balance several times but it keeps losing the setup 🙄

I’ve set up quick balance and savings goal about 30 times but it doesn’t save!!!!

The new update looks amazing, but I can no longer use my quick display
Frustrated by Update
The new update means you cannot see a calendar of dates for future payments, you cannot see which day of the week the dates relate to so you need to have a calendar available to schedule payments on a certain day of the week. The previous calendar was much more convenient.
Update not great
While the general features are fine, the login log out takes up the whole home screen for no reason and there’s no simple balance check without having to log in and the screen feels like there is a lot of unnecessary empty space. The login is simple but I much preferred the previous version. The layout made more sense, didn’t take up any unnecessary space, and looked better.

Impressive update
Such and impressive and overdue update to the Hume Bank app - impressive for a regional bank to provide such a modern look and feel, with all the capabilities you need in a banking app. Loving it.
New App
The new updated app is great and very user friendly. My only criticism is that it needs to be adapted for iPads and needs to rotate to landscape view automatically!!
Same but brighter
