Extremely bad service . Pick up time was late by one hour and drop out time was delayed by 4 hours . Not recommended for future journey .

Very worst n bad experience to travel in this bus I suggested too not travel for long trip because they are changing the bus n waited for very long hours like 1–2hrs of soo pls don’t goo

M travelling from nagpur to auranagabad and my bus number is MH 20 EG 2400 this bus is damn dusty… i cant even breathe properly…

I booked a ticket to Shirdi from Hyderabad the bus was late at the pickup point and even stopped 4times where the whole time has been wasted drivers are not efficient enough to make it on time.
Overall the experience was worst at first I thought of booking for return also but later on decided not to choose this travel Iam of thought made a wise decision for not booking return journey👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I was booked my ticket from Aurangabad to Osmanabad & Journey date was 08/10/2020. But staff is very rude non supportive and they are not ready my to put bags in luggage area they ask to bring it in my cabin. How can passengers are travel with their heavy luggage in their sleeping are. Worst service.
