User reviews

Lack of clarity and constantly-reducing scope.

They sold getting blood work twice a year as part of it, and then when scheduling my second appt. For the pre-paid/non-refundable year, they are only testing 55 instead of all 110 and tried to upsell the missing 55 for ~$300 more on top of the $500 already paid for the year. The reality is that individually buying thorough quest diagnostic blood panel and urinalysis and then feeding results into AI would save money and get a better overall guidance without the trend that has become more and more where they are pushing for upsells and marketing HEAVILy for their standard quality and premium priced supplements in their store (same products for less nearly every other retailer). So there is a lot of greed that is perceived after spending $500 for an annual subscription to be pestered by marketing and upselling. Was extremely optimistic, but highly disappointed in what is happening g and how this has devolved/provided much less value than what it was presented as providing. The good news is, they have thorough terms and conditions that allows them to treat paying customers like this - so even though it isn’t right, it’s legal. :D

Response from developer

Thanks for the candid feedback. We hear you. Your annual plan includes two clinical testing events. The initial test is our most comprehensive panel. Follow-up testing uses a fixed, standardized panel designed for longitudinal tracking. Where we fell short is making that distinction unmistakably clear before scheduling. That's on us. Optional expanded testing is always available, but it should never feel like a surprise or a downgrade. We're actively improving how this is communicated in-app and during scheduling so expectations are set upfront. We'd welcome the chance to make this right. If you'd be open to it, please reach us directly at support@hundredhealth.com.

Hundred Health is Next Level 🚀

I’ve tested just about every Biohacking company out there and Hundred tops them all. Finally a health company that not only offers blood work with detailed results and analysis, but has a marketplace to easily obtain the recommended supplements at a huge discount for members, not to mention the option to also receive personalized supplement packets. But what I’m most excited about is the technology. The app and web portal are next level. Finally I can easily store all my health data in one convenient location and share with my doctors, trainers, etc. I just saw my primary doctor and he was amazed at what I was showing him. I think he’s nervous Hundred may put him out of business! Thank you Hundred. Excited to share in this journey.

Way better than my $3k concierge doc

I used to pay $3k a year for a concierge doctor who mostly told me “everything looks fine.” Hundred gave me ten times the insight in a fraction of the time. It explained what my labs actually mean and built a plan that makes sense for me. Way more useful, way more affordable.

It’s Finally Here!!!

Been waiting for weeks to get into the beta cohort and the on boarding and overall feel of the app is seamless - I love the haptics! Excited to get my protocol once my blood tests are done…

Been waiting for an app like this forever

Finally someone is putting all the pieces together with good tech and good infrastructure for the health feedback loop
