The app does not show results, it did not track my test return and it is incredibly frustrating to navigate or anything other than buying more tests. I will never use this app or company again.
Awful app
Everything about this experience is confusing: what test you bought, whne they send it, what they send in email cannot be found on app… i could go on, and it has been a week since i signed up. There may be some good doctors behind this, but this is the c- team of product engineering.
Pretty useless app
I just signed up for the blood testing service to try it. Hopefully their services are better than their app. Can’t delete imported labs or edit existing ones. Just silly.
