The app does not show results, it did not track my test return and it is incredibly frustrating to navigate or anything other than buying more tests. I will never use this app or company again.
Awful app
Everything about this experience is confusing: what test you bought, whne they send it, what they send in email cannot be found on app… i could go on, and it has been a week since i signed up. There may be some good doctors behind this, but this is the c- team of product engineering.
Pretty useless app
I just signed up for the blood testing service to try it. Hopefully their services are better than their app. Can’t delete imported labs or edit existing ones. Just silly.

The app is super great for Quick Look on the go biomarker data.
To be able to pull up an ai fully loaded with all my health data and goals on the fly is also 🔥.
On top of that, I’m now tracking body composition on the weekly.

Terrible UI
The desktop site is fine but this app is absolutely worthless. Want to click into your results? Sorry, can’t. Want to view a report that’s literally showing on your dashboard to see your blood markers? Nope, anything you click on just closes the app. Insane price for this service to have a non-functioning app. Annoying enough to make me not renew.
