Save $$$

HURT! has saved me at least $2,000 in unnecessary ER/ Urgent Care visits. I’ve received super fast responses each time!

Aging millennial scared of phone calls

Pulled my back working out and couldn’t walk which was scary. I used the app and they helped me with guidance to alleviate a bit of pain in the moment (how to lay for least amount of pain) and they helped get me an appointment same day with a specialist so I didn’t have to call (thank goodness cuz I would have suffered in silence vs calling someone). The person I chatted with was so kind and quick. I think I waited 2 min for them to join the chat, and had an appointment 5 min later. I recommend this app to all my friends!

You’re better off using AI

This app told me what I already knew, sent me to Jefferson, and told me to mention Rothman. When I did, the providers looked confused and had no idea what the app was. No imaging, no escalation, no follow-through.

It functions as an intermediary without authority. No diagnosis, no advocacy, just a handoff back into the same system that already dismisses patients unless symptoms are severe enough to justify attention.

For a neurological issue, this was worse than useless. It reduced trust and took away hope. If you can’t integrate meaningfully with hospitals or help patients advocate effectively, this app shouldn’t position itself as care guidance.

Honestly, you’re better off using AI.

Must Have App!

If you have a phone you need this app! I have used it 2x once for myself and once for my child! It is a GREAT resource that is easy to access and use and you’ll get connected to a professional asap! They were a great help to us both times! 10/10 highly recommend!!
