This app is terrible. No,it does not work. Constantly changes screen with no reason as to why. If you are stranded and thought this would work to charge …I’m sorry.

I was driving around doing my orders and just happen to run into these sets of babies just sitting with no around but one car and I was amazed like I entered EV world. I read the reviews on like 14 miles to go and crossed my fingers that this vendor would not disappoint and to my surprise it did,,, it only charged me what increment I chose to upload and stated that it normally puts a 50.00 hold but you can opt- in for the selected amount you chose and there it was the joy came back in my body and I was done in 25 min of what I was pushing for. It didn’t use the entire 10.00 because it has to average the taxes so I have like .62 left to use and that’s ok because that less than I will need to upload next time. It’s like giving your self a credit per se. Just download the app and add funds there are no holds or fees just ZAPP up and go and by the way the chargers are very upscale and I kinda felt important for a moment ;) the app also has other goodies to shop around for. I absolutely love it! My 1st experience was great! Count your days other vendors lol

None of the chargers work. Forces you to deposit money in the app.
Trash app
I use the one location in Frisco all the time and now the app won’t stop throwing error/forbidden codes. Of course it’s the one time I need to recharge. Trash app.
Scam app, resets ratings to hide it!
Forces you to use the app, they have ONE charger in all of Texas and you have to pre-load a “wallet” which means they will ALWAYS have some of your money and there is not way to ever spend it all.
