The deal is good, it would help to know that there is only 1 cruise you can book. Also the qr code never worked for tram. Some were understanding when we showed the app, others made a big deal even though we showed the app supported the trams.

Bardzo dobry pomysł systemowo, realnie przydatne natomiast dwie rzeczy stanowczo do poprawy: 1) skromne opcje filtrowania, np nie można wybrać dwóch kryteriów, w tym w ogóle brak opcji filtrowania „bez dopłaty”, 2) brak możliwości dodania karty do portfela (i brak alternatyw przy blokadzie screenshot) powoduje ogromy stres przy użyciu przy chceck-in/out w komunikacji miejskiej, blokowanie bramek, kolejkę itd…

Doesn’t work on metro
The app does not properly prevent Apple wallet from opening when you scan your QR code at a metro turnstile, so it’s basically unusable for the metro. Not sure why there is no ability to just add the card to your wallet to prevent this issue. Works fine everywhere else.

L’application fonctionne très bien. L’utilisation de la carte digitale est très simple, aussi bien pour les activités que dans les transports.
Super funktionale und hilfreiche App
Installation der App und Buchung der City-Card gingen völlig problemlos und zügig. Auch das Finden der enthaltenen Vergünstigungen ist schnell und einfach möglich, besonders gut fand ich die Darstellung im Stadtplan und die Möglichkeit Favoriten festzulegen. Man bekommt viele gute und hilfreiche Informationen.
Lohnt sich die I Amsterdam Citycard? M. E. vor allem dann, wenn man sie für mehrere Tage bucht und täglich zwei bis drei der enthaltenen Museen etc besucht. Das schöne daran: man muss nicht lange überlegen, ob man in den Bus, die Straßenbahn steigt und wie man an Tickets kommt. Und auch wenn man mal nur noch eine Stunde hat, wird man eben doch noch mal kurz ins Museum schauen … am Ende haben wir dadurch gefühlt mehr unternommen und gesehen :)

Beyond rubbish - use GVB instead
Rubbish app. Bought the card and it refused to add to the app or the website, even after uninstalling and reinstalling 4+ times (which was their recommended fix for this apparently very common problem). Only solution to get it working was to physically walk 3 miles to their help desk to get a physical card. Ridiculous app given the amount of money pumped into this transport network. Avoid and use GVB - that works effortlessly and painlessly!

Die Karte lohnt sich auf jeden Fall (ab 3 Tage). Gut organisiert mit der Zeit Slot bei bestimmten Museen, sonst überall hat es gut geklappt.
Öffentliche Verkehr ging ohne Probleme.
Der App gibt viele Informationen - Öffnungszeiten, Lokalität, etc. auch gut viele Empfehlungen - was in der Nähe ist, sortiert nach Interessen.
Amsterdam hat viel anzubieten!

Unusable if unlimited locations access not granted.
Cannot use the app if you don‘t grant unlimited locations access in the background. WTF.
Can’t open app
It reaches point about location and it gives an error about failing to change setting. The app will not go forward or back. I have forced closed and uninstalled/reinstalled with the same result. I checked the settings and the location permissions did change, but because the app doesn’t see that, it won’t open

Everything we needed
Idk why this app ahas such terrible reviews, it worked perfectly for us! Didn’t have to faff with a physical card, and were able to just activate when ready! Super easy to use both at attractions and on public transit.

The app is totally useless for GVB. The ticket can not be added to the wallet and hence you have issues getting through the GVB nfc readers. It is 2025, devs, come on!

This made our trip to Amsterdam so much easier, especially when you know you can jump on and off the metro with the cost already covered. I’m pretty sure we used it on the trams too! The card gives you free access or discounted access to many attractions! The list of attractions on the app helped us plan our days in this beautiful city! Would highly recommend!

Application doesn’t work
I ordered Amsterdam City Card for 72 hours today (April 25), using the application. Currently I am in USA and will be in Amsterdam from May 4. This card shows the expiration date of April 28. I tried to address this issue using your application, but it does not work. What I suppose to do?
