Very bad app Exprience
The ui is not good at all. Card and account number is complicated to find. Adding beneficiaries is also a problamatic system. Some times irlt doesn't work at all

Apps UI update and a feature recommendation for developers
Dear, Meghna Bank Software Development Team I would love to suggest that the apps ui is become so much basic , I think it should I-Banking should hold its standards with other privet banks i-Banking app and a most needed feature is debit/credit card control, like other banks i-Banking feature card activation , block , pin generate or reset feature should be added to the app, I face a issue few days back at 11:30 P.M. I called 16735 and nobody picked my call for straight 10 mins and the next day they called me for did I got any issue resolved, so if a card holder faces critical issues and can’t reach call centre then I think this feature should me be added to the app, so that the card holder gains the full control over his/her debit/credit card. when i entered the app i found some useless think, i think login page should be in the front. Please try to provide user friendly UI, and smooth experience.

It’s very hard to believe it has been developed by professional developers, I added credit card then I deactivated the card when I tried to add my card there is no such option- very stupid design.
Most annoying part is that after two days of trying with same user name at last stage it’s say user name already exist —- re bolod er dol why didn’t you check mark ar first page…
Most dumpster designed such a way now my apps saying too many try so blocked me to try.
I am seeking for the attention of Mananging Director -

Lazy employees
Most of the employees don’t give the proper value to the consumer .
Very disappointing app.
Mostly hangs on ios and make sometimes login problem.
unable to login
After updating to v1.8 I’m unable to login in app. it shows a pop up to update the app while v1.8 is latest version of your app. Please fix it asap.
Fingerprint/touch id issue
Fingerprint not working properly. Have to enter multiple times before it becomes successful. Fix this issue. Add option to use the app without any debit card i.e with account only.
The worst app i have ever used
I can successfully reset password but every time i try to log in after password resetting, its pop up Meghna Bank user id not found. If I don’t have any user id how come I successfully reset my password.
