Worst Banking App Experience Ever
This is the worst banking app experience I’ve ever had. Money gets deducted, but the app does not show any proper reason or transaction statement. It only shows that the balance has decreased, which is very confusing. On top of that, the app frequently stops working every couple of days, causing a lot of hassle for customers. I don’t understand why there has been no improvement even after such a long time. Because of this poor app experience, I have decided to stop using Midland Bank from today.
