Won't let me PICK a location
App is terribly made. I selected not to give it my location, and then I can't manually pick an address for pick up. Guess I won't use the app then. 🤷♂️ Why is that even a thing? Do people move around that much? Smh.

Rewards
So apparently in my specific location my rewards doesn’t apply? I’ve contacted customer service 4 times and they haven’t helped me. They just gave me a list of towns that it does apply in and a list of like three towns that it apparently doesnt. That would have been nice to know before I saved up $30 in rewards. And it would be nice if customer service would actually solve the problem.

Love the restaurant - hate the app
The only way to earn points through there rewards program is ordering through the app which has a more limited menu than in store. Plus if I want to get it delivered, even though i don't live far from it and every other delivery service delivers, it says I'm not eligible. Im highly disappointed. I wish they had a better system like maybe add rewards by uploading a receipt or using your phone number?

Can’t order only what I want
The app is useless to me. I tried only ordering a grilled cheese but the app will not let me order it without also ordering Mac and cheese that I don’t want. There is no way to remove it from my bag either. Guess I just have to go to the store and order there.
Completely broken
The restaurant has no way to access orders made on the app or to even see whether you paid for your order. The app said my order was ready for pickup, and the restaurant couldn’t even verify that I had actually placed, and paid for, an order.
1st time pickup
We wanted to dine at home, so placed an order. Wanted to try the cheesecake dippers but it wouldn’t let me order them. That was disappointing.
Password Issues
When you try to create a new account & password, it constantly give an error message of an invalid password format but never gives you the required characters, etc.
GReat food APP is garbage
I’m not sure if this is just their pricing model or if the app is just this bad, but when you do “create your own bowl” it won’t let you check out unless you make it a combo and are forced to pay $3 for a bag of chips among other options.
Website hard to use
App is very difficult to use.
Unsupportive Franchisor
The Vegas store opened months ago and still you can’t use their app to order. That tells me the the franchisor is not organized and not supportive. The food was good and we will order again but it is overpriced for what you get and this will keep us from ordering very often.

Nice makeover!
Looks much better than before. Maybe they redid their branding. As a user I find it easier to place an online order now.
Only shows one store in Florida
Cannot use it to order from the Indianapolis store. Worthless unless you are in Florida.
No Locations?
Can’t order because app won’t locate a store even though I am only 2 miles away from one. Useless.
