3 hour rewards cooldown

Literally hadn’t opened the app in over 24 hours. Wouldn’t let me order my free milkshake. Kept giving me a 3 hour cooldown. app hasn’t been updated in over a year. Please fix this

Worth it!

Steak ‘n Shake is slept on! The shakes are fire and the patty melt is my favorite! The app is easy to use and the rewards are easy to rack up!

Amazing! Beef Tallow!!!!!

Such a wonderful experience! I’m so thrilled that they use beef tallow and I hope that they do gluten-free buns soon. Keep up the good work Steak ‘n Shake!

One of the worst food app

One of the worst food app. Unreliable in completing the order as it always hangs up at checkout. If not only for the food, I would not recommend this.
