app always not able to function next step
Frustrating App
I’ve been logged out for months now. When I try resent my password or try get an activation code - it presents an error. However when you open it on a web browser it works fine. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, still to no resolve.

WORST APP EVER
App is EXTREMELY slow, functionality rarely works properly. Times out regularly. A 5year old could have done better.
rubbish app & not adhering to PDPA
Visitor invitation require visitor himself to fill in personal info stil even if the resident has authorised visitors to come . Not user friendly at all. Never consider for driver who also happen to be visitor , how is he/ she gonna fill in the form if he/she is driving? And simply ask to fill in id or driving license no without adhering to PDPA . And what more rubbish is, you can fill in random string and format and it can still go through

Nightmare app
Still can’t open the gate with my iPhone even though an update was promised weeks ago. Please get it together guys
Not working after app update
This app is terrible and doesn’t work on IOS after the update!!! Please fix it….it causes a major inconvenience!!!

Server and network permitting, response times are improving.
Would love to see customise capability for code sharing with visitors i.e. include the detailed address, Speed limit restrictions (some estates fine the home owner for visitors transgressing the speed limit).

This has been happening for a while now. When can we expect a fix?!

Much Improved
The app was very slow, after the OEM moved the server from Malaysia to Southern Africa, performance has dramatically improved.
Worst app to Re-install ever
Trying to Re-install on my phone. Says sending an activation code but never arrives!!!

Slower than slow
Our Estate decided to switch to this app but it is the slowest app I have ever use. Like walking through peanut butter with glue on your feet.
