Confused
Hopeless system, based on US postal addresses. Does not translate to U.K. postal addresses eg a village that does not have street names or addresses where county names are not used as standard or are the same name as the city.

Address failed to load
Both the app and portal took my ID verification info fine and then failed multiple times on the address confirmation page which is an automatically generated page - technical error meant I wasted loads of time on what should have been a 5 min job - had to call the helpdesk - massively inconvenient

If I could, I would give this app zero stars. It’s absolutely terrible — it doesn’t work at all when you’re overseas. I wasted an entire week trying to get it to work, with no success. It’s a complete waste of time and also feels quite insecure. Avoid this app.

My phone text was to large to be able to see continue buttons and on contacting customer services I reduced it to the smallest but was still unable to see the last confirmation button

Poor and illogical process
Once one step is not completed you are forced to carry out all the steps again from step 1 all the way to end even though step 1/2 was successful!also accepted my passport photo (inside) then it realised my passport allows scanning from the outside cover and then forced me to carry out this task over and over again considering the inside photo was already acceptable,why do I have to scan the outside as if my passport was the older model the inside would have been sufficient!the outside scan failed meaning I had to carry out the process again from step 1 to the end.
