Old fashioned way of collecting data - join the digital age. Also pointless when banks already do ml checks and this is for receiving payment not making . Waste of time and hard to use
No back facility
Uses American date format and there is no back facility if made a typo on 1st page

Very badly-designed with some info unavailable because scrolling is impossible. Do not use if you can avoid it
