Transfer
I wanted to transfer within my account- checking to money market. Having to agree to a lengthy agreement and then verify with a phone texted confirmation number is a nightmare . I have submitted 5 nicknames and it still hasn’t been done
Difficult to use
I’ve had an extremely difficult time submitting my payments. I have had a number of them referenced us sitting in un distributed, but I couldn’t figure out how much and then payments I tried to make were refunded back to me and then I was charged a late fee. I’ve also sent more than $4500 in payments, but yet my principal has only gone down less than $1000. I called and learned about the inability to do biweekly payments until your full monthly payment was made. So I corrected that on the phone with the lady and for some reason instead of my payment going to principal, it just paid a month in advance. I am frankly fed up with this. At this point I have no idea what money I’ve sent, what money has been refunded, and what is in undistributed.

Amazing service
Times out too quick
Very frustrating with how quick this app is to time out. At times it takes 3-4 tries to deposit a check. My employer is stuck in the 1900’s and does not offer direct deposit. Branch hours are all but nonexistent for me around my hours of work so I am forced to mobile deposit my paycheck every week.
Great mobile banking app
Very functional and user friendly. I’ve been using it for years and never had issues.
Nonstop “Error”
It keeps saying “error” randomly, a lot. I then have to go check at an atm to see if my balance is correct. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
Amazing service always
I love the people who work at the Copperridge location in Traverse City. They always greet me by name and in a big city they have the most small town homey feel!

Updating my review. This app has gone through some rough iterations, but I’m pleased to see the most recent updates have vastly improved the experience. It’s considerably less laggy and much easier to read. Thank you for listening to your customers

You no longer support iPads
I can’t see what I’m typing!!! This is awful. Some people don’t want to have their banking app on a device that they could lose. I want it on my iPad and I want it to work!
