unreliable app!! Never works
This app has nothing but glitches all the time. The mobile app is horrendous. The customer support does not help at all. They will just make you waste your time and never fix any of their tech issues and continue to charge for a service that does not even work. I would not recommend this app to anyone who needs a reliable social media posting solution

Unbelievable terrible
Signing in for the first time is a joke. This is 2022, this doesn’t need to be designed like this. It is easily revivable but PUTTING THE DAMN LINK ON THE APP SCREEN WHERE IT BELONGS!
You are trying to disguise the fact that you need to pay to use the app by redirecting people. You should be up front as it does not look like the people are taking to this planned tactic.

Great until it isn’t
This app is great when it works but it’s a real pain when it doesn’t. So many times I’ll try to go finish a manual posting but when I open the app the post is nowhere to be found. Then I just have to post it all manually. Super annoying and I hope it gets fixed.

Crashes several times when trying to validate posts so that it is seem less when scheduling and posting.
WORST EXPERIENCE on an app
Honestly most frustrating experience on an app in a while. Firstly you cannot create an account on the app you have to go onto a browser to do that. Not to mention it takes forever and you do a 2 weeks free trial. . I was like okay cool as long as it’s worth it. Then I spend about 10 minutes making my post to wake up and see that my scheduled post for 6am didn’t even post ! Like really. So I check the app and I have to manually go in there and post it. Honestly I don’t have time to figure this app out. Iv used others and they aren’t that complicated. Waste of my time. Would never recommend, it also doesn’t have schedule posts for story. And only shows you insights into 5 past posts.

Disappointing
Used to love this app. The new update is not good. Data is not refreshed anymore, scheduling posts is not user friendly and I have emailed iconosquare 3 times to ask for help with no response..
Very difficult to start

I went to website and somehow, very unknown to me, got in.
Downloaded the app, logged in and all I see is bunch of zeros????
How long does it take to upload the info?
I gave you one star because I am so frustrated with amount of difficulty. It is definitely not a user friendly.

How are you supposed to use this app if you can’t create an account?
Not letting me in
I have been trying really hard to get an account and it will not let me. After about 15 times of saying “your account isn’t confirmed yet” and repeating that, I decided not to use this company. Seems too good to be true with everything they say they offer.

I saw it on a platform so I could unfollow people and the website just crashed and glitches and the app wouldn’t even let me log in

Big regret - worthless and expensive
A flaming pile of useless, expensive garbage. You can't actually schedule stories and carousel posts in advance, as you need to be online to push the posts live fro your phone at the time they're meant to go out (which completely defeats the purpose of scheduling it in the first place!). Metrics are the only salvageable feature of this otherwise useless platform. Customer support is defensive and useless, relaying customers to lengthy articles without actually reading support tickets and addressing the specific issues. If what you want is a scheduler, don't go for iconosquare. I wouldn't recommend it for free, let alone for 400 usd a year.

Downloaded the app and it doesn’t have a sign up button for me to create an account and use it.
Couldn’t even make an account
I tried this app because I herd that I could gain insight on my page that Instagram didn’t give but I couldn’t even make an account!
I don’t recommend
I have been using this app for a long time and trying to work around all of its inconveniences. Such as the inability to change photos in the draft of the post. The fact that sometimes my posts show up on my instagram before I agree to push them out and that it has been posting all of my scheduled posts twice. I wanted to pass along this feedback to others who are considering this app. It has been helpful to use this app, but it just has too many issues for my taste.
