Subpar
The cameras are good. The app is terrible. The user experience is not good - menus are hard to navigate, settings are hard to find and not logically laid out. Login problems are persistent.
NOT user friendly at all
I spent all this money getting cameras installed around the exterior of my property and I’m finding the data from them is almost impossible to access. Even the tech who helped with the installation had real trouble figuring out how to access different features. The help articles are useless unless you are an IT pro and the hoops you have to go through to find anything or to change settings makes it very difficult or impossible to use. I am so disappointed when other apps for services like Blink are so easy to navigate. It makes me really regret the entire purchase. I would avoid like the plague.

Last update rendered this app and camera system unusable
This used to work great. Camera system came with new construction house as a pretty cheap add on. Should have waited and installed my own. Thank goodness I have a Ring system as well. The last update to this app has made it totally unusable. Alerts never come, when you try to view recorded events it just skips ahead making it inaccessible. Sad part is, this app used to work. The update they did a few months ago ruined it. Developer doesn't respond to anything. Garbage company, tech, and app.

App is garbage
IC Realtime has trashed this app. I have talked to support and they have no idea when they will fix this. App crashes. Been like this for more that a month now. If I could give less stars I would. Can’t believe a technology company would not address this in a timely manner.
New update is terrible
The newest update is terrible. App no longer works properly on iPad in landscape mode. Device alerts banner blocks a good portion of the bottom of the screen even when minimized and we can’t get it to go away. Seriously considering upgrading my whole system just to get away from needing to use this app. Completely disappointed. Please fix it. This is a known problem and still nothing has been done to fix it.

App not working on cellular
The app does function with cellular data. It times out at 96%. Is there a fix for this?
Used to be good
The last update for this app has made using it pretty awful. I can’t even load my cameras unless I’m on WiFi. This makes watching my stores impossible when not connected which is a huge issue. Please fix this.

Doesn’t function correctly
The old app worked fine then we were required to use this app. It functioned well for three weeks then suddenly quit. Called company and they said they were working on a solution and issue would be resolved within a few days. Weeks have passed and we have no access or solution from ICVIEW. Extremely frustrating!

Great app! Many improvements
I love the app but events were a little delayed or inconsistent. This new update solves this issue. Event notifications are instant and stay in the alert center. Plus there is a cool new account system that lets me save all my devices with an email account.

Does not work on the go
App does not work on cellular data, therefore I cannot access my NVR when on the go. It has multiple bugs in it. It’s a shame my installer struggled too much h to make it work, still doesn’t work properly.

iPad version only portrait
The new app release UI is a complete mess on an iPad. Everything rotates to portrait view, despite iPads being used in landscape form, which means the entire app is on its side.

Stay away from ICVIEW products
We installed a brand new system in the fall of 2022 however after a year we no longer receive any notifications. This app is outdated for any IOS users and the provider doesn’t have a solution. I would avoid purchasing any product from this company. They are not trustworthy nor do they apparently care about the quality of service they provide to their customers.

Alert loading issues
The alert notification doesn’t always load. It will get stuck on 98% then the app just shuts down or the replay icon appears. When you try to replay it stops loading at the same place. The loading time also takes a long time.
