Fraud salesmanship and wrong item

Seller decide to trade me for Dell T7600 desk worth only 70 and I traded him a Lenovo laptop 14 inch idea pad 3 and as gift a pair 250$ adidas samba XLG limited edition now that 709 dollars worth of stuff new . When trade was made he fail to give wire check system and open up as he said then turned out system look exactly like T7600 but was T5600 which was less in value after he wanted me to go mount vernon and pick out an item of my choice to try making right but breaking safety guidelines . So he sold my laptop for less and I have every chance to make it right he faild to respond or text please ban this guy account and have police in the matter .
