Плохая работа поддержки

Ставлю единицу за очень плохую работу поддержки. Второй раз обращаюсь и второй раз отвечают общими отписками робот. Проблема и вопрос так и остался не закрытыми. Мороз и солнце день чудесный. Худшая поддержка.
